We had a lovely stay with a huge comfy bed and a nice bathroom, including both a shower and a bath. The indoor pool and sauna were great for relaxation after a long day. Just a heads up, the phone charger options could be better, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The room was huge, probably the largest I've ever stayed in, with a comfy sofa that made relaxing so easy after a long day. I loved taking a dip in the indoor pool and unwinding in the steam room. it was just what I needed. The only downside was that the breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn’t really ruin my overall experience! 😊

Had a blast with a group of friends! Explored 300 acres of parkland and enjoyed crazy golf, and the kids loved the adventure playground. We also checked out Chill Factore, where we hit the UK's longest indoor ski slope. Just a heads-up, rooms can get hot with no AC, but overall, a great time!

One downside was how hot our room was during the stay, making it tough to sleep comfortably at night.

The service was personal and attentive, especially from the sweet older lady in the bar, who made us feel right at home. a great experience that I’d happily repeat!
